Reef was founded by Ed Millard, following an extensive career in consumer goods marketing and strategic consulting, initially at the leading capability consultancy, Brand Learning, and latterly as a Principal Director of Accenture’s marketing transformation practice. Ed has led a broad range of marketing capability initiatives and programmes, from assessment and strategy through to design and execution, with several leading global companies across consumer goods and life sciences, including Kellogg, Bacardi, Kimberly-Clark, PepsiCo, Heineken, Haleon, Novartis, GSK and Pfizer.
Reef specialises in supporting businesses and teams through marketing transformation, helping to develop the marketing capabilities and strategies to create customer value and drive long-term growth.
